Silver surfers enjoy Active Life

Active Life is a consumer magazine aimed at people approaching or enjoying retirement. Following a recent re-launch, they needed to develop a website that was specifically tailored to their readers' needs - after all, a quarter of the UK's Internet surfers are over 50.

JDA Interactive are working in close consultation with the client, target audience focus groups and several online media specialists. Together we've determined what services and products Active Life readers want, how they want to be communicated with, and how the editorial team want to manage their delivery. But it is down to us to create a platform that provides the clarity, ease of navigation and flexible e-commerce features that will make the site work.

Our new site will enable Active Life subscribers to enjoy exclusive offers, interact with other users, send photos to family and friends and manage their diaries. It also contains a Content Management System so the magazine staff can easily keep the site up to date.
