Design and develop an email comms strategy. Sounds easy doesn´t it? Maybe not but we were soon helping ASDA acquire new customers, activate registered customers, reactivate lapsed customers and increase spend within their active customer base.

For starters we developed a tracking and reporting system that enables ASDA to report down to individual products purchased & target highly refined follow-ups to achieve significant increases in response. Secondly we designed an email marketing strategy that encompasses the design and broadcast of over 250 email templates.

ASDA Home Shopping enjoyed a significant increase in both response and profit:
- Increased revenue per campaign - 152%
- Increased online basket - 31%
- Increased email open rates - 25%

Our very own Graham Day was even nominated for ASDA Colleague of the Week - a prestigious internal award!
